WSQ Operate Forklift Course (With Class 3 License)
About This Course
At the end of the course, learners shall be able to:
- identify, explain and apply the relevant Workplace Safety & Health (WSH)legislations / Singapore Standards SS573 (Approved Code of Practice 101 formerly)applicable to Forklift operation
- identify and explain the various roles of each stakeholder, and their responsibilities
in maintaining a safe and healthy workplace for all.
- carry out forklift operator’s pre-operational preparation duty in accordance with WSH
regulations, SS 573 industrial standard and organisational SOP
- perform inspection of forklift and its major components prior to commencement of work
- carry out forklift operations
- reinstate and hand over forklift at the end of duty

Entry Requirements
Entry Requirement:
• Learners must possess a valid class 3 driving license issued by Singapore LTA or Malaysia government (for Malaysians)
• Learners must be physically fit and in good health, not subject to deafness, defective sight or other infirmity which would render him unfit to perform forklift operation safely
• Learners must be above 18 years of age
