About This Course
This course introduces learners to the fundamental theory and practice of art therapy through a balance of guided discussions and hands-on art-making sessions. Learners will engage in creative expression using a variety of artistic media to promote self-reflection and gain insight into their feelings, intentions, and motivations behind each artwork. Through this exploration, learners will develop an understanding of how art therapy works for individuals and the principles behind why it is practised.
