About This Course

The MSc (Real Estate) programme offers a broad-based professional education at the graduate level in the field of real estate. The programme aims to prepare candidates for advanced real estate careers in business, consultancy, research or public service, or in preparation for further academic training. The MSRE programme is committed to developing a global perspective. In addition to the strong team of international faculty, eminent professors from overseas are regularly invited to conduct special elective seminars on current real estate issues.

What You'll Learn

A 40-MC programme comprising five essential modules that collectively account for 20 MCs and up to five elective modules which contribute another 20 MCs. Candidates can select three to five elective modules from among the list of electives offered. They can also accumulate elective modular credits from cross-programme modules offered in other departments on campus.

Entry Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in any discipline
2. English Language Proficiency (IELTS or TOEFL) - not required if English is Mother Tongue or medium of instruction of undergraduate programme
3. Admission Interviews (conducted for shortlisted candidates only)
