About This Course
This introductory course introduces learners to watercolour as an approachable and expressive medium through structured, hands-on exercises. Learners will develop a foundational understanding of tonal value, colour temperature and harmony, texture, and composition while painting still life, streetscapes, and landscapes. Through guided demonstrations and step-by-step instruction, learners will gain confidence in handling materials, exploring techniques, and applying core elements of art to produce a finished watercolour painting in each lesson. No prior experience is required—only a willingness to explore and paint.”
