About This Course

The learner progresses from the stage of preparation for sales closure to apply techniques to close a sale that leads to preparing the POS equipment and cashless terminals for operating efficiently to complete the sales closure and sending the customer off positively. Thereafter be able to balance sales transactions on the POS equipment and cashless equipment and close the machines for the day. The learning builds from simple retail concepts like taking the cue from customers’ behaviours for sales closure to more complex concepts like preparing the POS equipment and cashless terminals, operating them efficiently, managing challenging sales transactions to closing the equipment for the trading shirt/day.
