Entry Requirements
The PMI-ACP course is designed for professionals with prior exposure to Agile practices. While no prior Agile certification is required, participants will benefit most if they have:
Fundamental Understanding of Agile & Scrum – Knowledge of Agile principles, Scrum roles, ceremonies, and backlog management.
Experience Working in Agile Teams – Prior exposure to Agile projects or cross-functional teams (preferred but not mandatory).
Familiarity with Agile Frameworks – Understanding of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean, XP, or other Agile methodologies.
Basic Knowledge of Agile Project Management Tools – Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or similar tools.
Understanding of Agile Metrics & Continuous Improvement – Awareness of Agile KPIs, velocity tracking, and iterative delivery models.
