About This Course
This introductory writing workshop is designed for learners who are interested in, but new to, writing for film and television. While many are deeply familiar with cinematic and televisual storytelling as audiences, this course encourages learners to actively engage in telling stories for these influential and pervasive media. Through guided instruction and writing exercises, learners will be introduced to the fundamentals of screenwriting, including story structure, character development, and visual storytelling.
This course is suitable for beginners with no prior experience in screenwriting.
