About This Course
To enable adults working in food establishments expand their competencies. Also, enable adults to switch into back-of-house operations in food services sector.

How to prepare batter & dough; use correct mixing methods; principles & techniques to bake marvelous muffins and scones.
Entry Requirements
Age: Minimum 21 years old and above
Learners must have at least Primary level with ability to understand and write basic English and/or Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) score: Level 4 for Reading, Speaking, Listening, Writing and Numeracy
Recommended for learners to have at least 1 year of working experience in the food services industry or 2 years in the non-food services industry.
