About This Course
On completion of the unit, the learner will be able to
● Prepare sales counter and necessary items, the product and ensure sufficient stock for sale, the technical requirements and documents to aid in the product demonstration
● Apply methods to present and demonstrate product, use appropriate verbal and non-verbal communications to conduct perform demonstration
● Project a positive and professional image to all customers
● Apply selling strategies to close sales and advise customer of any follow up actions needed
● Remove and pack all items, equipment and stock, clean and tidy the work areas to reinstate the work area in accordance to organisational procedures, security and health and safety guidelines
● Review the effectiveness of product demonstration

Entry Requirements
Primary School Leaving Certificate (PSLE) / Primary School Proficiency Certificate (PSPE) or other certificate of equivalent standard.
