About This Course
This Competency Unit enables an individual to acquire the attitude, skills and knowledge
required in understanding and complying with legal responsibilities and obligations to
conduct security screening of person and bag. This Competency Unit, together with other
elective units, is tailored to provide the skill outcomes required by a security officer working
in the sub-sector of Security Manpower Services.
