About This Course
This course is only for the low wage workers in the PWM-Security Sector.
This course will equip learners with the knowledge and ability to carry out the following duties:
i) Take over duty at Central Command Centre
ii) Manage personnel status and situations reported from respective field personnel
iii) Manage, access and analyse situations from different deployment sites and take corrective actions
iv) Hand over duty and brief incoming personnel on
outstanding incidents
