Upon the completion of the course, learners will be able to:
1. Carry out inventory performance analysis and identify items with poor performance quickly, e.g. excess inventory, low inventory turns, among hundred or thousand items
2. Segment Stock-keeping Units (SKUs) for performance analysis and inventory planning
3. Customize inventory planning process
4. Develop tools using Excel to improve performance visibility
5. Revise inventory policy for performance benchmark
6. Evaluate inventory performance by trading-off inventory parameters
7. Develop inventory policy for slow moving items
8. Develop inventory policy for items with seasonal demand pattern
9. Make decision of purchasing with logistics constraints, e.g. full load of containers, using alternative products

Entry Requirements
1. Minimum diploma in a technical course or its equivalent*.
2. Good experience in inventory management and supply chain management.
