About This Course
The overall objective of the course is to give participants an understanding of RegTech applicability for non-financial industries.
What You'll Learn
At the end of the 2-day course, participants will:
▪ Be familiar with core non-financial use cases that can be found in the software industry, real estate, energy/utilities, pharma, healthcare equipment, telecommunication, as well as in the public sector;
▪ Be able to articulate how consumer expectations and regulatory realities differ across various non-financial industries;
▪ Be able to appreciate that relevant regulatory expertise is a key element not only in the financial industry, but also in all other heavily regulated industries;
▪ Have a solid understanding of the (broader) range of technologies that are driving RegTech offerings for non-financial industries compared to those that only catered to the financial services industry;
▪ Understand the growth opportunities and challenges for RegTech solutions beyond the financial services industry.
