scaffold erection, inspection and dismantling work activities in marine related
industries

“Supervise Metal Scaffold in Marine Industry” is a Competency Unit under the GMS

PS1. Handle scaffold materials
PS2. Demonstrate working drawings and sketches of scaffolds
PS3. Erect and dismantle hanging scaffolds based on procedures, methods,
anchoring points, safety precautions
PS4. Perform alteration, modification, addition, inspection, maintenance and
assessment of scaffold according to general guidelines
