About This Course

Learners are assumed to:
a) To meet the Employability Skills System (ESS) Literacy Level 2
b) Have knowledge on own work role and corresponding responsibilities

d) Have an understanding of the organisation’s structure, standard operating procedures and guidelines on customer service
