What You'll Learn
Flexsim is a general purpose simulation software that allows for 3-D modelling and process flow visualization. Participants will learn how to build a process flow service model and a 3-D warehouse model. Thereafter, participants will be taught how to run the simulation and get the right results to enable better decision making.
