Helping companies to transform into a Performance Measurement Excellence and Continuous Improvement organisation, applied learning workshops covers key attributes of performance measurement and benchmarking, LEAN thinking and methodology, hands-on RP-Model Warehouse lab learning, consultation and mentoring.
What You'll Learn
Want to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of your warehouse or distribution centre?
goDCE (Distribution Centre Excellence) enables companies to measure their warehouse/distribution centre performance and compare it with other warehouses/distribution centres with similar tasks and process profiles.
goDCE utilises a modular approach to identify tasks in the warehouse/distribution centre, facilitate data collection and compare performance of key tasks with other warehouses/distribution centres with similar tasks and process profiles. Coupled with LEAN methodology and digitalisation workshop, companies will be able to identify opportunities for dgitalisation and process improvement for implementation.
Depending on the warehouse/distribution centre's requirements, this program can support the identification of automation solution and/or robotics implementation opportunities.
This workshop will be conducted in different phases across a 12-week period and includes:
• Phase 1: A training session that covers topics such as Data structuring; Data coaching; LEAN tools and digital workshop; Result & Action Plan.
• Phase 2: Initiate an actual project at your company’s premises facilitated by RP trainers.
Upon completion of the workshop, companies will gain a continuous performance measurement mindset that will enable them to warehouse/distribution centre performance in productivity, quality, cost and space use.
