About This Course
The key topics covered in this module include:
Day 1
- Fundamentals of computer vision and image processing
- Introduction to image libraries e.g. OpenCV, MatPlotLib, PIL.
- Basic concepts of neural network
- Implementation of neural network to process images
- Implementation of image augmentation
- Fundamentals of Image Convolution and Polling
Day 2
- Fundamentals of Convolution Neural Network (CNN)
- Implementation of CNN
- Implementation of pre-trained model
- Fundamentals of Transfer Learning
- Implementation of Transfer Learning
What You'll Learn
The aim of the module is to develop Convolution Neural Network (CNN) to process, recognise and classify images. The participants will understand the concepts of image processing and image convolution. Basic concepts of CNN and Transfer Learning are also covered in this module.
Upon completing the module, participants will be able to develop and train CNN models for image classification. The models could be trained from scratch or transfer from a pre-trained model.
