About This Course
This module encompasses the basic concepts of Supply Chain Management. It broadly covers various components and participants in a large supply chain, including their interactions with each other. The module imparts the knowledge about the design of the distribution network. It is also important that the students have the knowledge and the skills to measure the performance of a supply chain. The measurement of the performance thereby enables good management of the supply chain.
The module will also exercise the students in designing of supply chain network through the use of real cases for network designs. This would give them real-feel hands-on experience in designing a supply chain network.
