About This Course

• Drive innovative approaches to support team building.
• Foster organisational diversity management practices by driving participation in diverse learning channels and participating in peer discussion platforms to enhance own knowledge for workplace application.
• Lead organisation diversity and cooperation at all levels of the organisation
• Lead senior management to build stronger teams across the organisation.
• Participate in team building activities with senior management team to develop instrumental relationships required to lead the organisation.

What You'll Learn

Workforce Diversity and Inclusion is one of the modules in the Personal Management and Development Category at level 6 which describes the ability for organisation to develop and implement strategies that support diversity and cross-cultural cooperation within the workplace to achieve their organisation’s goals. It also creates awareness on formulating policies and procedures relating to organisational diversity and managing organisational diversity to build effective teams.

Entry Requirements

• Be able to speak, listen, read and write English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification (ES WSQ) Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 4.
• Be able to recognise and explain the characteristics of various cultures in Singapore.
• Have an understanding of the legal legislations in relation to managing manpower from various cultures in Singapore, which include:
- Sedition Act
- Manpower Act
