This module aims to enable participants to develop insights, strategies, or methodologies to sharpen analysis and problem-solving skills; adopt innovation for identifying and enabling new opportunities; and understand the impact to the level of competitiveness of their companies.
The 6-day Project Based Training, comprising 4 one-day workshop and 4 half-day mentorship/consultation sessions, will guide participants through the thinking process from problem definition to modelling to solution for: Optimization of Fleet; Supply and Delivery Consolidation; Dynamic Performance and Pricing, Inventory and Demand Stochastic and Risk Management.
