About This Course
The aim of the course is to equip the professionals, managers and executives (PMEs) who are currently working or those intending to make a career switch to the Business Travel, Meetings, Incentives, Conventions and Exhibitions (BTMICE) industry with in-depth knowledge and skills in ascertaining the resource needs, and resource management requirements to develop the resource allocation strategies and resource allocation plans. The course also equips learners to make use of tools and techniques to monitor resource usage, and apply various methods to improve resource management.
