About This Course
This course is an advanced transformation programme designed to equip learners with the capabilities to lead and drive holistic business transformation initiatives within their organisations. It develops participants into Holistic Transformers who can align business strategy, operational priorities, and enabling technologies in a structured, value-driven way.
Participants will be trained to apply IMPACT™, an enhanced transformation methodology evolved from the Digital Transformation and Innovation™ (DTI™) framework. IMPACT™ focuses on capturing, guiding, and translating organisational objectives into structured, actionable transformation initiatives and technology-enabled improvement programmes. Learners will gain the skills to design technology adoption that is purposeful to real business needs.
The course also builds Technology Roadmapping competencies. Learners will be equipped to define actionable transformation goals by identifying, evaluating, and sequencing appropriate technology solutions, with clear measures for value creation. This enables organisations to anticipate and align to future business needs, guide investment decisions, and progressively build capabilities to remain competitive and sustainable over time.
Through guided application and practice, learners will strengthen adaptive capabilities such as systems thinking, understanding end-to-end business contexts, and the ability to unlearn and relearn in response to evolving technologies and operating environments.
This course is designed for advanced learners, including senior professionals, transformation leads, and key decision-makers responsible for shaping, planning, or executing organisation-wide transformation and technology adoption initiatives.

- Apply the IMPACT™ transformation framework to operationalise organisational strategy and value propositions, translating strategic intent into clearly defined transformation objectives and aligned initiatives.
- Structure digital technology adoption and innovation initiatives by carefully defining transformation opportunities, and analysing and shaping technology enhancement projects into measurable programmes and roadmaps aligned to organisational objectives—ensuring adoption is purposeful, integrated, and value-driven.
- Formulate systematic action plans to uncover and priortise transformation initiatives that address both current operational priorities and anticipated future business needs.
- Develop technology roadmaps by planning 3-5 years transformation goals, discover appropriate technology solutions, and aligning technology investments to future market demands and organisational capability development.
- Measure, evaluate, and articulate the impact of holistic transformation initiatives, including business, operational, and technology outcomes, to support informed decision-making and sustained transformation.
