What You'll Learn
1. Seek comments and feedback to ensure messages are received and understood
2. Explain organization’s strategies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to team members to facilitate decision- making processes
3. Work with team to develop, assess and select most appropriate decisions to meet team and or-ganizational objectives based on success rate and risk factor considerations
4. Address barriers to communication to improve team collaboration and effectiveness
5. Use appropriate communication styles and verbal and non-verbal cues to communicate ideas and concepts in the workplace
6. Maintain communication and engagement with team members and supervisor to identify new and emerging areas of professional practice

Entry Requirements
• Literacy and numeracy capabilities equivalent to level 5 and above as stated in the ES WSQ framework
• Diploma or degree qualification
• At least 2 years of working experience
• Full-time employment and supported by the employer
