About This Course
An organisation is only as good as the people who work for it. This course will focus on how to measure and improve the Human capital of an organisation. Specifically, it will focus on using analytic techniques to support staff recruitment, engagement and retention.
This two-day course will introduce analytics techniques that HR staff can use to make the data-driven decisions regarding the HR policies of the organisation.
At the end of the course, participants will be able to:
