AI and Analytics Technologies in Enterprise (Classroom and Asynchronous e-learning)
About This Course
Analytics, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) have become critical building blocks in value creation across all industries and organizational contexts. Yet managing these technologies remains a complex endeavor that demands both technical understanding and strategic business acumen. This course bridges that gap by equipping participants with the important foundations, analytical methodologies, and practical skills required to harness the power of data-driven intelligence and turn business challenges into value creation.
This course is designed for business leaders, managers, and practitioners who recognize that data maturity, analytics fluency, and AI literacy are no longer optional competencies, but are essential for organizational continued success and sustainable growth.
This course addresses three interconnected challenges:
1. The Skills Gap: Most business leaders lack foundational knowledge in analytics and machine learning, making it difficult to evaluate AI investments, or lead digital transformation initiatives.
2. The Translation Problem: Technical teams and business teams often speak different languages. This course develops participants’ capacity to bridge that gap, understanding both the capabilities and limitations of analytics and AI technologies.
3. The Strategic Misalignment: Many organizations invest in AI and analytics tools without a clear strategy, resulting in wasted resources. This course teaches participants how to formulate analytics and AI strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
