About This Course
This course aims to equip participants the knowledge to design structured on-the-job (OJT) blueprints for the workplace. It will cover topics such as techniques to identify scope of work, concepts to properly design assessment criteria and process to impart skills via workplace training.
What You'll Learn
This course will enforce the understanding of key success factors in developing a good blueprint, development of a comprehensive OJT checklist, review and evaluate the effectiveness of OJT in the organization. The training will allow company to quickly adapt to the workplace or changes to the workplace.
