- Encapsulation and lamination of printed electronics
- Characterization of flexible printed films
- Application of printed functional films
What You'll Learn
For developing a typical printed electronics, sheet-based printing and large area processing are two essential skillsets for flexible functional printing, plus device design and characterisation. We propose to cover these two sets of necessary knowledge and skills on fabrication processes of flexible functional films, such as printed lighting, printed heater, printed electrode and various printed sensors application. Comprehensive solution from materials and substrate selection, process development, product design and application are covered. Through our innovative Learn-Practise-Implement training module, which is essentially different from the conventional classroom teaching, we are confident that we are able to deliver the course contents and meet the course objective in total 41 training hours as defined in this module.
