What You'll Learn
Good sport coaches leverage on sport science and technology to better inform their planning and practice. Students will leverage on what they have learnt from the Modular Certificates relating to sport science and apply them to design programmes to support athlete development. These can be in the areas of injury prevention, exercise rehabilitation, sport psychology, and/or performance analysis. Relating to this, the students will also be challenged to design diagnostic or analytical assessments with a battery of tests that are relevant to the athletes they are trying to help.
Entry Requirements
(i) 3 GCE ‘O’ level with English language (grade 1-7), Science (grade 1-6) and 1 relevant subject (grade 1-6) with 3-yrs relevant working experience
(ii) NITEC (GPA 3.5 and above) with 2-yrs relevant working experience
(iii) Higher NITEC with 1-yr relevant working experience
