What You'll Learn

This course intends to give training to employees in the service line, furnishing them with the vital learning and abilities to do their tasks in a protected and effective manner by adhering to safe work practices and risk control procedures. As well as equipping employees with the knowledge and abilities to place safety control measures in the workplace to build a safer and healthy work environment.

Entry Requirements

- be above 18 years of age to 55 years of age;
- Have knowledge on own work role and corresponding responsibilities
- Understand and apply industry standards and organisational procedures related to performing work activities
- Understand and apply industrial standards and practices relating to use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Have knowledge of the cleaning agents used in performing work activities
- Have developed Listening and Speaking of Basic English but weak on reading/ weak will be al-lowed to join the class. Trainer to use simple English to communicate. Learning aids in Chinese/ Malay will be used to aid learner.
- Majority below Secondary level or even without formal education.
