What You'll Learn
This module teaches advanced audio editing, signal processing and surround mixing techniques for various transmission and delivery formats. Students develop practical skills and knowledge required to produce content in a studio by leveraging industry-standard hardware and software commonly used in studio environments. The module extends students’ abilities to leverage a range of technical approaches, workflows, and processes for managing audio post-production projects. Students also gain experience in managing the aesthetic elements of creative audio projects.
Entry Requirements
- 3 GCE ‘O’ level with English language (grade 1-7), Mathematics (grade 1-6) and 1 relevant subject (grade 1-6) with 3 years relevant working experience
- NITEC/ NITEC in Technology/ Services (GPA 3.5 and above) with 2 years relevant working experience
- Higher NITEC/ Higher NITEC in Technology/ Services with 1 year relevant working experience
- Relevant WSQ Diploma + Workplace Literacy & Numeracy (WPLN) Level 6 with 3 years relevant working experience
