What You'll Learn
In this module, participants will learn the different approaches to successfully map out and execute the essential components of a project management plan. It covers several areas of specializations such as Work Breakdown Structure, project management software application such as Microsoft Excel, Time & Resource Management, Progress Management, Project Evaluation, and Project Closure.
Entry Requirements
- 3 GCE ‘O’ level with English language (grade 1-7), Mathematics (grade 1-6) and 1 relevant subject (grade 1-6) with 3 years relevant working experience
- NITEC/ NITEC in Technology/ Services (GPA 3.5 and above) with 2 years relevant working experience
- Higher NITEC/ Higher NITEC in Technology/ Services with 1 year relevant working experience
- Relevant WSQ Diploma + Workplace Literacy & Numeracy (WPLN) Level 6 with 3 years relevant working experience
