About This Course
This Competency Unit enables an individual to acquire the abilities and knowledge relating to the TSC of People Development at Level 3 proficiency. On completion of this unit, learner will be able to apply appropriate actions to supervise and manage the performance of security personnel to achieve organisation's performance targets.
