Senior management need to increasingly rely on middle managers to execute operations and lead teams towards achieving organisation goals. There is increasing pressure for senior management to rely on middle managers in making crucial decision to support business strategies. Despite that, middle managers may lack the strategic oversight and understanding to align operations with strategies. This module aims to close this gap by helping learners understand the links between business strategy and operations.
