About This Course
At the end of this course, learners will be able to understand and demonstrate the following learning outcomes pertaining to “Personal Effectiveness”
● LU1 - Engage stakeholders in developing organisational communications
● LU2 - Facilitate methods to develop organisation communications
● LU3 - Influencing the management team in organisation decision making
● LU4 - Develop personal leadership style

Entry Requirements
- Basic requirement is Minimum “O” Level and be able to read, listen, speak and write English as a proficiency level of the Employability skills workforce skills qualification (ES WSQ LV6) workplace Literacy
- Minimum work experience for at least 5 years or have prior experience in leading and managing people
- Participants who are Sole Proprietors having their own businesses
- Age Group: 25 years and above
