Reflecting the evolution of modern digital delivery tools, trainees will actively apply and execute AI capabilities embedded natively within current BIM software ecosystems. By leveraging these intelligent, built-in systems, trainees will learn to accelerate clash detection, streamline data validation, and optimize analysis workflows—demonstrating how embedded AI enhances precision, speed, and overall effectiveness in quality control and engineering analysis.
Entry Requirements
The applicant shall be a graduate of a relevant Architectural, Landscape Architectural, Civil & Structural Engineering, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering or other related diplomas, with prior BIM software knowledge, from any of the polytechnics in Singapore. Applicants with other equivalent qualifications will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
The prior BIM knowledge and skills may be attained through applicant's Graduate Diploma or equivalent qualification, in any Core or Elective Module, or through attending any BIM Basic/Fundamental short courses from any Polytechnic or recognised institution e.g. BCA Academy, etc. Applicants must provide a certification of proof for the above in their application. The prior knowledge should include either:
• Autodesk Revit or
• Graphisoft ArchiCad or
• Bentley Aecosim
