What You'll Learn

Advanced [301]
In this course, the Smart Industry Readiness Index (SIRI) will be introduced as a systems tool for the participant to assist a company in the formulation of a clear vision, strategy and a systematic roadmap in the adoption of Industry 4.0.

SIRI was created by EDB in partnership with a network of leading technology companies, consultancy firms, and industry and academic experts. SIRI comprises a suite of frameworks and tools to help manufacturers – regardless of size and industry – start, scale, and sustain their manufacturing transformation journeys.

The World Economic Forum, in collaboration with EDB and key industry partners, plans to accelerate deployment and adoption of SIRI as the internationally recognized standard for Industry 4.0 benchmarking and transformation. The goal is to catalyze the adoption of Industry 4.0 methodologies and technologies across the global manufacturing community, and provide quantitative indicators for international benchmarking.
