This foundation workshop introduces the concepts of digital transformation and the digital maturity model. It also covers the challenges, pitfalls and opportunities that are often encountered when companies embark on the digital transformation journey. Additionally, participants can expect to analyse its business environment and synthesize it with the merging technology to identify gaps and opportunities for business innovation through the adoption of the right digital technology.
