About This Course
To provide participants with the basic knowledge of Hanyu Pinyin as a Chinese phonetics system and a Chinese characters input system. This course imparts knowledge of the Chinese phonetic system which may be useful to educators in their scope of work as well as seniors who are volunteering in the community with children or youths.
What You'll Learn
Hanyu Pinyin is an important tool for Chinese phonetics and words input system. This beginners' course covers the basic knowledge of Hanyu Pinyin including the correct pronunciation and writing of phonetic characters, and formation of Chinese word pronunciation. After the course, participants will be able to pronounce Chinese words accurately and use Hanyu Pinyin as a Chinese words input system on their computers and smartphones.
