This course is only for the low wage workers in the PWM-Cleaning Sector.
Equip learners with the knowledge on
- Types and characteristics of the different vertical and ceiling surfaces
- Methods and procedures relating to cleaning vertical and ceiling surfaces
- Safety and health considerations relating to cleaning vertical and ceiling surfaces
- Types of PPE required when cleaning vertical and ceiling surfaces
What You'll Learn
Entry Requirements
Required years of relevant experience: Nil – This is an entry level course that is targeted at new entrants, including mid-career changers, to the cleaning industry.
Age of learners: likely to be between 18 to 70
Gender: no preference
Physical fitness of learners:
- able to stand and walk for long periods
- no serious speech impediment
The following entry requirements are preferred, not mandatory:
- Develop reading, listening and speaking of English to a proficiency level equivalent to the Employability Skills System (ESS) Literacy Level 1
- Develop numeracy skills to a proficiency level equivalent to the Employability Skills System (ESS) Numeracy Level 1
