About This Course
On completion of this course, learners will be equipped with new knowledge and skills to execute his/her role in the organisation's service value chain and follow service operations plans. Also, he/she will be able to work cohesively in a service team based on the organisation's service standards. Furthermore, he/she will be able to recognise potential service performance issues and execute service recovery actions.
What You'll Learn
This course enables adult learners to deliver service excellence by making use of the organisation’s service operations resources. Given current competitive global environments, learners today need to be able to adapt their work tasks quickly. That is why, this course provides learners with resources to help them be flexible as they perform their job tasks in the service value chain.
Entry Requirements
Age: 30-55. Education level: GCE ‘N’; ‘O’ and NITEC graduates. Literacy & Numeracy level: At least level 4 (listening/speaking and reading/writing). Working experience is an advantage, not a must
