About This Course
Upon completing this bundle module, learners would be able to clean the entire office set-up, including carpeted floor, various types of furniture and furnishing, ceiling, glass/window cleaning and cleaning of vertical surfaces.

Physical fitness of learners: Fit to work, mobile
Technical Skills and Competencies (TSC) Proficiency Level
The learning is mostly hands-on practices, hence no entry requirement as long as trainees are fit to work.
Assumed attitude, skills and knowledge
Learners are assumed to be able to:
• Communicate with verbal and non-verbal cues with co-workers and supervisors.
• Reading, Listening and Speaking of English to a proficiency level equivalent to Employability Skills System (ESS) Literacy Level 1.
• Numeracy skills to a proficiency level equivalent to Employability Skills System (ESS) Numeracy Level 1
• Willingness to work and learn.
• The main medium of instruction is in English, trainers would be able to use simple language as this is a level one hard skills module, emphasis would be on hands on practice.
• Learning guide given would be in three different languages (English, Mandarin and Malay)
