What You'll Learn
Building Organisational Agility and Resilience, explores organisational culture and the connection with organisational resilience and agility. In this module, Roffey Park Institute’s model of organisational resilience will be discussed and the role of culture emphasised. The ways in which the OD practitioner can support organisations in building these capabilities will also be examined.
