About This Course
This course aims to equip participants with skillset on financial statements analysis through the computation and interpretation of financial ratios. In addition, participants will be taught the preparation and evaluation of financial budgets to enable the business to evaluate its performance.

In this module, participants will acquire the foundational knowledge and apply tools and techniques of ratio analysis, cash budgeting, flexible budgets and performance evaluation for planning, control and decision making.
