About This Course

The candidate learns how to apply the 6 areas of Unmanned Aircraft (UA) aviations to plan, manage and conduct drone activities for their business in Singapore. This course is suitable for planners and management staff who oversee flight planning for surveying, inspection, R & D, create videography/ photography, surveillance and training.

What You'll Learn

The trainee will access the course online at their own pace to complete the learning objectives within 30 days. To plan, manage and conduct drone activities, trainees will learn how to comply with CAAS Air Navigation Act (ANA), Air Navigation Requirements (ANR)-101 and other associated advisory circulars for safe and responsible drone operations. They will understand basic aeronautical and technical knowledge of drones including the functionality of various drone components and systems for operation planning and risk management. They will be able to direct the operation of drone safely by adopting the required safety procedures and understanding how human performance can affect safe operations of drones.
Trainees will complete one (1) online mock theory test and one (1) online assessment test to complete the course. Trainees will receive a certificate of achievement on passing the online assessment test.
