About This Course
This course aims to equip business users and IT support with the advance-level of skills to create useful Robotic Process Automation (RPA) scripts to automate more complex business processes leveraging on Machine Learning and/or Artificial Intelligence (AI). They will learn how to achieve this through using a RPA software.
What You'll Learn
This course provides participants with the knowledge of Integrating Robotic Process Automation (RPA) with Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence (AI). Participants will learnt through hands-on exercises on how to use RPA to extract information from different digitised documents using machine learning functionality and to develop data mining model to predict future business transaction through the use of AI.
Entry Requirements
Participants must be computer literate and have intermediate/advanced knowledge in MS Office such as Outlook, MS Excel and MS Word. Learners must have completed the SP’s Robotic Process Automation and Intermediate RPA course or have used RPA application in some projects
