About This Course
Participants will be challenged to apply skills learnt by creating a microservice and packaging it into a container for easy deployment. By the end of the course, participants will be able to identify opportunities for microservices implementation and be able to deploy it with a container.
What You'll Learn
This course is intended to dive into the development of microservices that is commonly used in e-commerce and web solutions, and is one of the strengths of the Go programming language. The course covers the fundamentals of microservice architecture, how to encode/decode data using JSON, as well as RESTful communication. The concept of containerization will also be introduced to equip participants with the knowledge and skills on integration and deployment of Go programs into existing platforms.
