About This Course

What You'll Learn

This module equips learners with the fundamental concepts and techniques of computer and mobile forensics. Learners will learn to acquire, analyse and present both computer and mobile data as evidence. This module will cover tools and techniques of computer and mobile forensics, data recovery, imaging and storage of electronic evidence.

Entry Requirements

GCE ‘O’ Levels 3 relevant passes and 1 year relevant working experience:
Subjects/ Min. Grade:
1. English Language - 7
2. Mathematics (Elementary or Additional) - 6
3. Science - 6

FT Nitec:
GPA >= 3.5 in an engineering or information technology discipline.
GPA >= 3.0 in an engineering or information technology discipline and with at least 1 year of relevant working experience.

PT Nitec in Technology/Services:
GPA >= 3.5 in an engineering or information technology discipline and with at least 1 year of relevant working experience.

FT Higher Nitec:
Engineering or information technology discipline with GPA >=2.0
Engineering or information technology discipline with GPA >=1.5 and at least 1 year of relevant working experience

PT Higher Nitec in Technology/Services:
Engineering or information technology discipline with GPA >=2.0 and at least 1 year of relevant working experience.
