About This Course
Learning Outcomes:
1) Acquire the knowledge and application of a variety of drink products and related equipment for the preparation and serving non-alcoholic beverages including coffees, teas, juices, mocktails, and carbonated drinks
2) Identify customer preferences and recommend non-alcoholic beverages options to customer
3) Follow standard operating procedure for preparing and serving non-alcoholic beverages
What You'll Learn
Learn how to prepare and serve non-alcoholic standard beverages such as coffee (non-speciality), tea (non-specialty), juices, mocktails and carbonated drinks suitable for bistro and cafe service, food kiosk and chain outlets fast service in the F&B industry. Beverages will taught by subject matter experts following a structured method/recipe. Learners will also be taught basic customer handling and be equipped with basic skills to be able to make recommendation and ingredient substitution based on customer preferences.
Entry Requirements
Successfully completed Secondary 2 education and attained WPLN Level 3 in English proficiency.
