About This Course
The course will encourage local companies to adopt open innovation solutions and change mindset towards innovation to uplift their capabilities and be encouraged to overcome risk adversities in a calculated manner by referencing successful examples via sandbox sessions. Local companies that require a nudge towards capacity building via open innovation will benefit from this course, and students will be trained in tech/innovation leadership positions to ready them for the workplace upon graduation, while serving in a tech leadership role in the company during the IWSP attachment to plug talent gaps in the company.
What You'll Learn
This 6-day training and workshop will lead to local companies executing an innovation initiative that will result in successful business outcomes in products and/or processes together with a high-performing student during the student's IWSP attachment at the company. Students and companies will co-create the innovation initiative, facilitated by experts with many years of experience teaching open innovation and change mindset to SMEs.
